All The Business Stuff We Have To Tell You.
1. What's the story with shipping?
The plan is to always get your package shipped out and on it's way to you as quickly as possible - usually within a week of your order and often sooner (note: custom orders are not included in the 3-5 days). Art can be a little high-maintenance when it comes to packing it up (you know the type, they need to get a mani and pedi before a big trip, do a little shopping...) and we want to take as much care in packing your art as we do packing anyone else's. It's kind of like at the doctor's office, where the sign says something like "please know we will give you the same undivided attention as the patient we are currently seeing, thank you for your patience!". We promise, we're on it!
Once your package has shipped, we will notify you with a tracking number via email. Please understand that it seems that the USPS seems to be dealing with a lot of stress these days and sometimes we receive mail postmarked four weeks prior. We're pretty sure that our mail carrier (who is really a very nice woman) is not picking on us, and so this seems to be a more global issue. Rest assured, we will be tracking your package right along with you.
2. Do you accept returns?
We don't. We do hope that you love your new art as much as we do and if you feel there is an issue, please let us know and we can talk about it together. One thing though - if your art was damaged during shipping, please take a few pictures and let us know and we'll do whatever we can to make it right.
3. Do you have a mailing list?
We do! And we certainly hope that you will add your name to our ever-growing list! Please know that once you give us your email address, we consider you a close friend. And we love our close friends. We'd never give out our in-real-life-close-friend's contact info, and we'll protect your email address in the same way. Okay, friend? Please click here to visit out contact page and sign up for the newsletter.
4. Do you charge tax?
Sadly, we do. We wish we didn't have to, but if the shipping fairies tell us that you live in a state that makes us do it, we'll kind of have to charge sales tax. We're sorry!
