FAQS:
1. Your slot is reserved for you, and a lot of prep work goes into making this a personalized experience for your family. That's why a non-refundable deposit of 300 shekels is required to book your appointment. The remainder is due upon arrival to the appointment.
2. Parents (or grandparents/adults) are responsible for their (grand)children at all times. JenWiseArt, Jen Wise and any helper, and the location of the activity take no responsibility for safety and welfare of your children.
3. Canvases will be available for pickup within ten days of the Family Canvas Experience, but often much sooner. Your canvas must be picked up within three days of being told it is ready.
4. This is a messy activity, please dress for a mess. We take no responsibility for clothing, shoes, hats or any other belongings that may get messy or dirty.
5. It is the parents (grandparents) responsibility to ensure the children are following the safety rules and listening to instructions.
