Hey friend!

I so get it.

It's really hard to make a new and positive habit - but sometimes, all you need to get yourself there is a sticker chart.

I know! A sticker chart! Like when you were little.

Except that now YOU are the grownup, so you control the habit, you control the stars and best of all, (ahem) you control the prize.

This one's not a simple one. This one requires sneakers and going outside and maybe breathing a little hard. But it'll get easier. Give it six weeks, do your best. And don’t just walk the walk, pick up your head, look around and appreciate this beautiful world we get to live in.

But also, especially when it's chilly outside, little gold stars can help.

Also, don't look now but this one comes with a free little poem for you:

Walking is free.

Walking is good for me.

(This is your new walking mantra)

Here's the how-to:

Download your printable full color .pdf sticker chart.

Get some regular sized (8.5"x11) printer paper or use cardstock for a heavier paper.

Press print.

Hang on your wall.

Either color in each star as you go or get yourself a pack of star stickers on Amazon, at Target, Walmart, but first take a look around the house, you may already have some laying around.

One caveat:

Everyone's printer is different and so you may need to play around with the printer settings when you print your sticker chart.
