Greenie the Owl
This is Greenie, Ollie's best friend and the sweetest owl you'll ever met. Greenie's real name is Shirley, but her friends have been calling her Greenie for so long that no one remembers why they started doing that in the first place, which is just as well. Greenie enjoys picnicking in the park (but using real napkins), wearing flowered hats and occasionally, when no one is looking, doing some of the Tik Tok dance that all the kids are doing these days.
This is an 9" x 12" vertical painting made with acrylic paint, chalk pastels, paint pens, glitter and other fun art goodies, on 140lb watercolor paper*.
