join us for a meditation and some process art making
We're all having so many feelings.
Please join me and intuitive healer Jodi Basch, of Jodi's Energy, for an online get-together that is especially for parents of kids who are in Israel right now (or who came back this week), where we can all spend a little time as a group calming our panicky brains and doing some meditating with Jodi, and then afterwards, make some simple process art with me, that will include a little journaling or putting feelings on papers and using those papers to create a meaningful piece of personal art.
- The art will use simple materials. Just bring the following:
- A dark colored sharpie
- All the shades of blue crayons, markers or pencils you have at home
- Scissors
- Elmer's glue or a glue stick
- At least five pieces of white cardstock, a thicker paper or printer paper, or really whatever kind of paper you have
- If you are feeling fancy, bring whatever kiddie watercolor set you have in the house
- And an opening to feeling all the feelings, that's an important one
The session will be I"YH, Sunday morning, October 15 at 9am ET.
We'll do our best to record it and send it out afterwards.
If you'd like to sign up, please fill out the form below.
We will send out the link on Saturday night, after Shabbos.
It will also be posted here in case the email goes to spam.
